COURIER                                                                                                                                                    

- prices do not include courier fees -                                                                                                                                                            

- courier fee estimate is quoted on address provided & confirmed on courier invoice –             

(any difference will be charged separately or credited back)

- CORRECT address must be provided to guarantee correct delivery -                              

(including building name, street & number, suburb, town, province, postal code)                                    

(The Courier Guy: a pin code will be provided on the day of delivery that must be given to the driver to release your parcel… please make sure whoever is receiving has this code)

- General courier times are between 3-5 business days to main areas around SA -                                  (outlying areas may be longer)

- Any customer using their own courier is liable for all courier costs and insurance on the items. We take no responsibility for the products once they are collected by the courier -

NO CASH DEPOSITS OR CASH PAYMENTS                                               

(only eft or yoco card payments)

     Custom printing, leather & made-per-order items only begin manufacture on payment received -  


LEAD TIME                                                                                                                                                        

- Allow up to 5 working days from date of payment received for processing of general in-stock orders, if no manufacture is required (see lead time per product for manufacture times)                                                                                         

Generally most in-stock orders are usually processed within 2 working days                            

(excludes courier time)

    Custom / made-per-order / leather work / bulk orders / SARCDA orders may be longer…                                                                                                                                                                              

(please advise on more urgent orders to check availability of products in stock)     


DECEMBER / CHRISTMAS ORDERS                    

  - LARGE BULK ORDERS for CHRISTMAS MARKETS/STOCK TO BE PLACED BY 1 SEPTEMBER TO GUARANTEE PRINT & PRODUCTION COMPLETION INTIME FOR DECEMBER                                                                                                        

- Some products are kept in stock for orders during November & December…                          

but “made-per-order” items are dependent on raw materials and supplier availability

(some raw material providers/suppliers close during December, so make sure to find out about your intended orders to guarantee stock for Christmas)                  


RETURNS  

- Return items for exchange only (no cash/monetary refunds) -                                                                                                                                                      

- No returns/exchanges on made-per-order items, customized orders, chiffon, or t-shirts: except for print/manufacture error -                                                                                                                

(All items are sent out under strict quality control and visual record keeping, so you should not receive an item with manufacture error...                                                                                                                      

but in the case that it may accidentally happen, we are happy to exchange a defective item)     

- Request for return must be made by email within 48 hours of receiving the products                                                                                                

(ALL stockist’s/shops must check and confirm stock on receiving…)                                                                             

- Returns are NOT subject to a stockist’s own secondary customers’ return at a later date -     

- Returns/exchanges are no longer available or possible after 7 days of delivery date -

- Items must be returned in their original condition,                                                                

unused, with original labels and packaging  intact and undamaged,                                         

within 48 hours after the “return request” confirmation email reply (not including courier times)   

(We reserve the right to charge for replacement packaging to get the product back to original condition if not returned in original condition)                                                                                  

- Please do not return items without having received a “return confirmation” -                                            

- original sending fees will not be reimbursed, and return courier fees and sending exchange replacement items are at the customer’s/stockist’s own cost. These will only be credited back in the event of manufacture/print error -                                                                                                                

- We will arrange collection/exchange of return items with The Courier Guy (a quote for courier fees will be provided to the customer for confirmation and payment before booking) -                                                                                                                     (only after inspection, and if return is approved) 

- We reserve the right to a levy of 5% administration fee for returned orders (to recover transactional costs) plus any other additional bank charges incurred above this.


The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return:

·       faults resulting from normal wear and tear;

·       damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;

·       damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;

·       damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;

·       damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product; and

·       where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the Website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.

·       Courier damage where customer’s own courier is used


TEXTILE PRINTING/HANDMADE: 

- Fabric printing may involve colour or texture print variations between print batches that are a natural part of the print process                                                                                                          

  - Handmade items are not mass/machine produced and may show slight differentiation                                                                                                                     

- Material involves natural creases/textures/markings that are inherent in their production                                  


- You are ordering heart-made items created with love,
